The pictures on this page were taken directly from the FIT with NICK DVD
featuring NICK MULPAGANO. It was filmed over the course of one year around
the central Syracuse New York area. The cross country skiing and kayaking segments
were filmed at Onondaga Lake Park.The biking segments were filmed in Baldwinsville NY.
Nick's workout segments were filmed at the FIT with NICK Gym - Liverpool, NY.
